How to install:

  • When the vehicle is powered off, insert card
  • Turn your ignition on and click the Navi button
  • After entering the navigation menu, you will be prompted to lock the SD card to your vehicle. Click 'Yes'
  • You are good to go!

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  After we have processed the refund please note that card companies may take up to 5 working days to credit your account.

        Exchanges:

        If you would like to exchange an item for a card, please give as much info as possible when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 

        Damaged or Defective Items:

        If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement, exchange or refund.

        We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

        Yes!  An automated shipping notification will be sent to you including tracking number when your card is dispatched.

        Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

        Yes please! We process a large number of exchanges/refunds due to compatibility issues. We would prefer you to get in contact with us first or use the quiz, or both!

        Short answer is no.  When you install the card for the first time it will lock to that vehicle and will not be usable on any other.

        Simply insert the card and follow the on-screen instructions.  Nothing to download and no visit to the dealer required. Simples. We also email install tips with every order.

        If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

        If your order has stopped working within 12 months of purchase please email us (support@satnavworld) and we will give you return instructions and send you a shiny new replacement card. If your purchase is outside of the 12 months please contact us and we may be able to give you a discount on a new card.
