How to install:

  • Remove any existing card

  • Ensure that the write protection tab on the SD card is in the unlock/write position (upwards with the label facing you ).

  • Insert the card with the engine off, turn on the engine and follow any onscreen instructions.

        How long does shipping take?

        • EXPRESS Shipping (Cost: £3.99): Royal Mail (UK: Next working day delivery if ordered before 2pm)
        • INTERNATIONAL: Please note that we currently only ship to UK mainland.

        Do you provide Tracking information?
        Yes!  Shipping notification will be sent to you including tracking number when your card is dispatched.

        Where is my order confirmation?
        Please check your email (including Junk or Spam folder) for an automated email confirmation of your order. If you cannot find it please get in contact.

        How do i Cancel an order?

        Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

        Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order. 

        You can attempt to cancel the order within 6 hours after the order was placed by contacting us via email address: support@satnavworld.com

        Item not arrived?
        Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

        What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
        If the package or the product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

        Do you accept returns?
        Yes! We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please get in contact to if you wish to return a product with a description of the return reason. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
