How to install:

  • Insert the SD card following the instructions in the user manual. Then slide the Becker Map Pilot back into the car mount. Enter navigation mode and wait for it to appear on the screen. Finally press the reset button on the front of Becker Map Pilot

        How long does shipping take?

        How do i Cancel an order?

        Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

        Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order. 

        You can attempt to cancel the order within 6 hours after the order was placed by contacting us via email address: support@satnavworld.com

        Item not arrived?
        Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

        What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
        If the package or the product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

        Do you accept returns?
        Yes! We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please get in contact to if you wish to return a product with a description of the return reason. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
