The best way to get your question answered is to email us at email@example.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24hrs.
Can I return my card if it is not compatible?
Absolutely (please get in contact within 30 days of delivery) and we'll offer you an exchange or a refund.
Can I use my card on multiple vehicles?
Short answer is no. When you install the card for the first time it will lock to that vehicle and will not be usable on any other.
How do I install the card? Are there any instructions?
Simply insert the card and follow the on-screen instructions. Simples.
I'm not 100% sure if the card is compatible, what should I do?
Please get in contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will answer all questions within 24 hours, but usually straightaway!
How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your card delivered to you within 3 working days. If you need it sooner (next day delivery if order placed before 2pm) please choose our Express delivery option.
Where is my item??
Please check the Royal Mail tracking provided, and please get in contact if delivery is taking longer than 8 working days and we'll get it sorted for you.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, we provide Royal Mail tracking numbers.
I want to return my item, what do I do?
Please get in contact, quoting your order ref# and and the reason for the return. We may ask additional questions to see if it's a compatibility issue so that we can offer a refund, replacement or an exchange. We will then we will provide a return address.
I have made a boo boo, how do I cancel an order?
Please get in contact as soon as possible to prevent your order being shipped. Regrettably we cannot accept cancellations after the product has shipped and is en route to you.
